No. Most of our customers aren't home when we stop by, and that's exactly how we designed the service. Leave your bag out and we'll take it from there.
Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are complimentary. You only pay for the cleaning, and your first pickup is 20% off.
